CEO & Founder

Tate Langston

Tate Langston is the founder and owner of CollisionCam, a company he started after a personal experience changed the way he saw road safety. When his truck was totaled by a hit-and-run driver, Tate found himself wishing there had been video evidence to prove what happened. That moment sparked the idea for CollisionCam, which he launched to help others access the footage they need when accidents occur.

As owner, Tate oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, including camera placement strategy, business development, client partnerships, and community outreach. But above all, Tate is passionate about helping people—especially accident victims—get access to critical footage at no cost. He believes that no one should have to pay to prove what happened in a crash, and that belief drives every decision he makes at CollisionCam.

Tate earned his bachelor’s degree from Utah Tech University and brings a passion for innovation, safety, and community service to everything he does. When he’s not expanding CollisionCam’s reach, you can find him playing soccer, pickleball, or hitting the gym. Tate is also a proud husband and father of two, and he's committed to building a safer future for families just like his.
