Somebody pays for it. It is not you.

Insurance adjusters have their version. The other driver has theirs. Historically the only person without evidence was the one who actually needed it — and the moment you had to pay for proof, the people who could least afford it went without.

So we flipped it. Local businesses host our cameras and get enterprise-grade security for their property at no cost. Sponsors and partners fund the network. Donations put cameras at the intersections people keep asking about. That covers it, so the footage stays free for the person it happened to.
